1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and WevoLabs. We may update them by posting a revised version on the Website. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

2) Use of the Website & Services

a) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If under 13, use is permitted only with a parent or legal guardian.

b) Permitted Use

Use the Services for personal or commercial purposes provided you comply with law and these Terms. You must not:

• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Transmit harmful, malicious, deceptive, or offensive content.

3) Accounts

Provide accurate information when creating an account (“Account”). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activities under your Account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4) User Content & License for TTS

You may submit text or materials for conversion to audio (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. To operate and improve the Services, you grant WevoLabs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, translate, and distribute your User Content solely to provide, support, secure, and enhance the Services (including troubleshooting and abuse prevention).

5) Acceptable Use & Platform Rules

Do not use the Services to:

• Generate hate speech, discriminatory or dehumanizing content targeting protected groups.
• Create explicit sexual content, pornography, or adult material.
• Promote violence, criminal activity, or illegal drug use.
• Harass, bully, or threaten individuals or organizations.
• Evade moderation or filters (e.g., obfuscation, leetspeak, or similar tactics).

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations. Additional guidelines we publish are incorporated by reference.

6) Intellectual Property

The Website, Services, and related content and trademarks are owned by WevoLabs or its licensors. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, publish, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

7) Fees & Payment

a) Free Tier

WevoLabs is currently free to use, with all voices and features available for free commercial use.

b) Premium Features

We may introduce paid plans. Pricing and terms will be disclosed before purchase. Payments are handled by a secure third-party processor; you are responsible for charges incurred.

c) Renewals & Cancellation

Paid subscriptions (if any) may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Specific billing intervals, cancellation windows, and refund practices will be presented at purchase.

8) Disclaimers

the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and security. we do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WevoLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, or property damage arising from or related to your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Services (if any).

10) Term & Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, including where we believe you violated these Terms or applicable law. Provisions that should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity) will continue to apply.

11) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WevoLabs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or others’ rights.

12) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over disputes that are not subject to arbitration under Section 13.

13) Dispute Resolution

Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute will proceed to mediation and, if necessary, to binding arbitration under applicable rules. Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

14) Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WevoLabs regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements on the subject.

15) Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

16) Waiver

A failure or delay to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that or any other provision.

17) Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

18) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on the Website and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-product notice. Your continued use of the Services following such changes constitutes acceptance.
