The realistic workflow
1. Generate per slide
Paste each slide's speaker notes and generate a separate MP3 for it.
2. Insert into PowerPoint
Use PowerPoint's Insert > Audio > Audio on My PC on each slide (or Google Slides' Insert > Audio with a Drive-hosted file).
3. Set to auto-play
Configure each audio clip to play automatically when the slide appears.
4. Export or present
Export as a self-running video, or present live with narration as backup.
