How it works
- Import your .docx. Use “Import” or drag the file onto the editor. Up to 15 MB; paragraph breaks are kept.
- Review the text. The first 5,000 characters fit in one take. Trim anything you don’t want read aloud.
- Pick a voice and generate. Download the MP3, or import the next section for longer documents.
What doesn’t work
- Legacy .doc files — save as .docx first.
- Password-protected documents — remove the protection before importing.
- Tables and complex layouts — the text comes through, but not always in visual reading order.
- Files over 15 MB — usually caused by images; a copy without them is much smaller.
Tip: let headings breathe
